Transfer Talk:Liverpool 'close to agreeing four-year deal with Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos' - Reports

Fresh reports have linked Liverpool with emerging Real Madrid talent Dani Cellabos.

After a breakthrough season on loan at Real Betis, the 21-year-old has struggling for game time at the Bernabeu this term. Spain Under-21 international Ceballos has been told that he can leave the Real this summer after failing to nail down a regular spot. He has started just two games and netted twice for Zinedine Zidane's men, but Italian source Calciomercato report that decisive action from Jurgen Klopp has prized him away from AC Milan. The attacking midfielder cost €18million when he prized away from Betis last term - but Los Blancos want around €40 million for him now. That prices out long-time suitors Juventus, but not Liverpool, who need to add quality to their squad for a assault on the Premier League. And their swift action may well have tied up the deal.

Henderson: I have dreamt of winning Champions League

Jordan Henderson has revealed he has dreamt of lifting the Champions League trophy. His musings started when he was a kid growing up in Sunderland and he imagined what it would be like to hold aloft the most-coveted prize in club football. Henderson has the chance to make that dream a reality and emulate former Liverpool captains Emlyn Hughes, Phil Thompson, Graeme Souness and Steven Gerrard by getting his hands on Old Big Ears, as the trophy is affectionately known. However Henderson knows he cannot look any further than Roma in the semi-finals, which is a repeat of the Reds’ famous 1984 Final triumph. “I think you dream about those things from when you are a kid really,” said the England midfielder. “Of course I have, as many other players have, but one step at a time. “Roma are a fantastic team and it will be a tough test for us, so we will just have to wait and see.” Henderson is wary of Mohamed Salah’s old club because they beat Barcelona 3-0 in the quarter-finals to progress on away goals, even though Liverpool are favourites to reach the final in Kiev on May 26. “We certainly won't under-estimate them,” said Henderson at a Q&A to launch the club’s new home kit. “They beat Barcelona 3-0 and they are a top team. It will be a difficult game both home and away.
