Liverpool News-Mohamed Salah injury latest update: Will Liverpool star play against Man City?

Salah helped put City to the sword in the first-leg of their Champions League clash with Liverpool last week. The Egyptian scored the first goal of the game and was a continued threat to Pep Guardiola's side until he was forced off in the second-half. Salah injured his groin and marched down the Anfield tunnel for treatment. The attacking ace missed Saturday's Merseyside derby with Everton. And it's unclear if he'll be fit to play against City in the reverse fixture at the Etihad tomorrow. Manager Jurgen Klopp said at his press conference today when quizzed about Salah: "(I'm) not 100 per cent sure. "He was with the fitness coach training yesterday. We will see when we train at 5pm. "Then we wait for the reaction and make a decision tomorrow." Klopp is refusing to get carried away despite Liverpool's commanding 3-0 lead against Premier League champions-elect City. "You always have the chance to strike back and City have that chance," he said. "Nothing is fixed. We have the chance to win. "When we lost here 5-0 everyone saw the quality of City when we were one man down. Pep is the best manager in the world. "But there is no perfect football team in the world."
