Eden Hazard break silence over his Chelsea Future

Earlier on Today Chelsea Super star Eden Hazard answered questions on his future at Stamford Bridge, amid links with the likes of Real Madrid and PSG.

27-year-old attacker Hazard has endured a rather difficult season to date, having been forced into a central role by manager Antonio Conte over recent months due to the fitness and form struggles of Alvaro Morata. This change of tactics has led to Hazard often looking isolated and starved of service (though he has nevertheless managed to rack up 15 goals and 11 assists across all competitions), with the Belgian having made clear his frustration during such patches. In turn, reports in Spain and England have suggested that the former Lille standout could be ready to push for a summer departure from the club, with Real Madrid the side most heavily-touted as a potential destination. A sensational swap deal which would see the 82-time capped Red Devils international head to the Bernabeu as part of a swap deal for Blancos prodigy Marco Asensio has even been touted by some Spanish outlets. Hazard himself has remained relatively tight-lipped regarding his future to this point, with the gifted winger, who is currently away on international duty with Belgium, having insisted that his focus remains purely on footballing matters during a press conference earlier today:

Hazard Words

‘I’m happy with Chelsea. I’m just thinking about the end of the season and the World Cup. I’ve got two years left in my contract.’
