Barcelona v Chelsea - Match prediction, scores and Team-News

Barcelona welcome Chelsea FC to the Camp Nou tonight, for a crucial Champions League last-16 encounter.

The first leg, in London, saw Lionel Messi grab a valuable equaliser, his first ever goal against Chelsea, to secure a 1-1 draw. The winners will take a place in the last-eight of the competition. Ahead of the eagerly anticipated tie, a game in which the Barcelona support will be hoping to get their first victory over the London side in nine attempts, we`ve gathered together some early team-news.

Starting with Barcelona:

Ernesto Valverde will be without the services of both Andre Gomes and Denis Suarez, both of whom are injured. Andres Iniesta, who has been troubled by a hamstring problem could play but in his pre-match press conference, Valverde commented about the midfielder`s availability, 'It is a very important game. It is down to the player. It is a game you can only play if you are 100%'

Continuing with Chelsea:

Antonio Conte brings the reigning English Premier League champions to the Camp Nou with a relatively full squad. The only absentees are the January transfer window signing, Ross Barkley and David Luiz, a survivor of their 2012 Champions League winning side, Barkley has a hamstring problem whilst David Luiz is nursing knee and ankle problems.
