Chelsea news:Eden Hazard reveals his plan to get even better for Chelsea

The Blues star is a deadly figure in front of goal and Chelsea's star man. But he says there’s plenty more to come - once he gets his shooting boots sorted out. Speaking after netting twice in Monday's 3-0 win over West Brom at Stamford Bridge, he said: “I enjoyed both goals, especially when we win. “Sometimes I think on the pitch I don’t shoot enough. “Against Watford I did, and I scored, and last night also. “I need to practice more, shoot more, but I have confidence at the moment so I hope I can score more goals. “I just want to play, I’m happy on the pitch.” Chelsea are out of the Premier League title race but are still in with a shot in the FA Cup and Champions League. And Hazard is up for the challenge of competiting for the two trophies, along with sealing a top-four finish. “We have to work and win games. When you play for Chelsea you have to put this in your mind and give everything on the pitch. “We need to be in the top four, for the Champions League next season, and it would be good if we can take the FA Cup. “We are also in the Champions League, it’s not easy to win the Champions League but we will go for everything. “We have a good team, we have good players. We have three months to play until the end of the season and we have to give everything to reach our targets. When you play for Chelsea the target has to be to win trophies
